BSRI Thrift Stores want to help you Celebrate Memorial Day with a Big 20% Off Storewide Sale!

The Calabash Store will hold the Sale Friday, Saturday and Monday this weekend!

The Shallotte Store will hold the Sale Friday and Saturday only and will be closed on Monday.

BSRI Thrift Stores in Shallotte and Calabash are great places to spend your rainy days, and you Sunny ones too! Both stores are loaded with bright and colorful seasonal fashions that will surely cheer you up even on the most dreary days.

Our stores have been blessed with donations of high quality merchandise of every imaginable kind. And our Awesome staff and volunteers have been working hard to get them out on the sales floor so you can Thrift your way through them to your hearts content.

Whatever you're looking for, you are sure to find it at our stores, which are loaded with clothing and fashion accessories, housewares, home decor, linens, cookware, dishware and glassware. Both stores have impressive stocks of Jewelry(on sale this month) and furniture too. We have unique collectibles, books, DVD's, CD's, TV's and more!

BSRI recently celebrated our wonderful volunteers at our Annual Volunteer Appreciation Party. This year's theme was The Kentucky Derby. A fun time was had by all. We sincerely thank all of our 60 plus Thrift Store volunteers and all 600 plus Center and Meals on Wheels volunteers. We know that we couldn't do all the good things we do for our local seniors without them!

A Special Thank You to the Calabash VFW Post 7488.

As part of their Annual Volunteer Day of Service the Calabash VFW recently sent two dozen members to our Shallotte store to help us process a huge backlog of clothing donations. We can't thank them enough for their help and the generosity of their time. A very special thanks to Jeff Puglisi, Senior Vice Commander of the Post, and a Calabash Thrift Store Volunteer! for coordinating the event.

Two 20% Off Storewide Sales Coming in May!

BSRI Thrift Stores will hold a 20% Off Storewide Sale on Friday and Saturday of Mother's Day and Memorial Day weekends. 

***Our Shallotte Store will be closed on Memorial Day***

Our Calabash Store will be open normal hours on Memorial Day and will be continuing the 20% Off Storewide Memorial  Day Weekend Sale! Don't miss out on all the great savings!

We do FREE DONATION PICKUPS! Just call 910-712-6458 to schedule one.

Or, you can drop off donations at our stores from 10am to 4:30pm Monday through Saturday.  When donating at the stores just pull around to the back of the store and ring the bell for assistance.

Due to an overabundance of clothing donations we will not be accepting clothing donations in May . We will resume accepting clothing donations on June 1st.

All other donations that we normally take, we will continue to accept.  Thank you for your understanding. If you would like to volunteer, we could always use help processing our donation overstock.  

Every purchase and donation supports BSRI’s mission—helping fund six Active Adult Living Centers and essential programs such as; 'Meals On Wheels' and others that provide connection, care, and support for local seniors right here in our community.

Every Wednesday is Senior Wednesday! Seniors, 60 and older can save 20% on all regularly priced items. There is no limit on how much you can buy and save!

Every Thursday is Thrift Trivia Thursday! Answer the trivia question of the week AND IDENTIFY OUR MANAGER'S ONLINE SPECIAL OF THE WEEK  and you will save 20% Off all regularly priced items.
