September starts off with Sweltering Savings at BSRI Thrift Stores in Shallotte and Calabash. Our End of Summer Clothing Sale saves you 50% Off all Ladies', Men's and Kids' Summer Clothing and Accessories which includes Shoes, Belts, Hats, Scarves and Ties. The savings get even hotter on Labor Day! Both stores will hold a One Day Only 20% Off Storewide Labor Day Sale! All regularly priced merchandise will be 20%! Whether you're looking for furniture, kitchenware, jewelry, or home decor you're sure to find something you need at our stores and it's all 20% of on Labor Day, Monday, September 7th!

We're also excited for our Fall Changeovers which take place every September. We'll be rolling out an entire new inventory of Seasonal Clothing at each store to bring you the very latest fashion arrivals and get you ready for the cooler weather to come!(Hopefully sooner rather than later)

This year our Shallotte store's Fall Changeover will be on Monday, September 14th, so our End of Summer Sales will run through Saturday, September 12th in Shallotte. The Calabash store's Fall Changeover will be on Monday, September 21st, so our End of Summer Sales will run an extra week in Calablash through Saturday, September 19th.

Remember that the stores will be closed until 1pm on their Changeover Day so our awesome volunteers and staff can put out all the Fall clothing and accesories. Be among the first to checkout all the new seasonal items and take your pick of the very best we have to offer!

Or, you can drop off donations at our stores from 10am to 4:30pm Monday through Saturday.  When donating at the stores just pull around to the back of the store and ring the bell for assistance.

Every purchase and donation supports BSRI’s mission—helping fund six Active Adult Living Centers and essential programs such as; 'Meals On Wheels' and others that provide connection, care, and support for local seniors right here in our community.
